Shay Morgan is a vinyasa yoga instructor who spent 12 years as a competitive lacrosse athlete before burning out, breaking down, and rebuilding her entire approach to movement. With seven years of professional teaching experience, Shay specializes in helping athletic, high-drive individuals reconnect with their bodies after seasons of overtraining, injury, stress, and pressure. Her method blends alignment, breath, and feel-good flow so athletes can feel grounded, capable, and strong again.
